From the date of receipt of your package, you have 10 days to notify us of any anomaly and 14 days to request a return or exchange on a new item. Certain circumstances must be met to allow a legitimate return, refund or exchange:

- In the event of receipt of damaged parcels or damaged items, you are entitled to retract by requesting an exchange of a similar or other item, or to request a refund by filling in the contact form.

- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. They must be returned in their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be remarketed as new. Once we have received your returned item, we will reimburse you within a maximum of 14 days.

Loss, theft and breakage insurance

Bucket Hat Crew's loss, theft and breakage insurance offers total peace of mind when shipping your parcels. If your parcel is lost, we will take the necessary steps to remedy the situation.

If your parcel is lost, we offer you two options: either we send it back, or we refund your money subject to certain conditions such as the correct delivery address and appropriate tracking information.
What's more, if your parcel arrives damaged or if the product inside is damaged, we are committed to facilitating the return process.

We will provide you with a prepaid return slip so that you can send the damaged product back to us at our expense.
Once we've received the returned product, we'll refund or replace it, whichever you prefer.

If one or more of these conditions are met, we will check the compliance of your request and apply the refund procedure to your order.

Here are the detailed return conditions:
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition (labels, packaging, etc.).
  • Purchased items must be returned first for a return to be registered and a full refund issued.
  • All products damaged by the customer cannot be refunded.
  • We have the right to refuse a return after reviewing your request.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses.
  • Once the return has been approved by our team, we will confirm the return postal address by email.


Bucket Hat Crew cannot be held responsible for the loss of one or more items during the return shipment. For these reasons, we recommend that customers returning parcels send us the parcel tracking number by e-mail once the parcel has been deposited at a post office, in order to confirm that it has been delivered correctly.

Refunds will be made to your original method of payment. The processing time can take from 7 to 14 days, visible on your bank account.
