Delivery Information

Once your order has been placed, it must be validated by our order management department. This will take less than 48 hours. Once this stage has been completed, you will receive an order validation e-mail with a tracking number attached.

We understand that delivery times can sometimes be long and can be a concern for our customers. However, we offer free delivery to compensate for these delays. We work hard to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, made with care and sent safely to our customers.

In addition, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every order is processed promptly. We're sure you'll appreciate the quality of our products, and that free delivery will be well worth your while.

Delivery times are between 7 and 14 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

It is important to recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as logistical problems, stock problems, transport delays, or other incidents beyond your control.

In these exceptional cases, delivery times may be extended up to 30 working days. In the event of non-receipt of the order beyond the 30 working day period, we offer our customers the possibility of requesting a refund. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

As a reminder, the carriers delivering your orders are external to the company, and we have no control over their delivery times or the quality of their work.
